I feel the market will improve over the next 18 Months to 2 years. I would hold onto it and sublet.
BUT know the tenant will not furnish as well as you and make sure you write tht it will be shown by you or your designated represntative (IE an Agent) during the finalk 180 days. Specify that this can be between say 10AM and 7PM M-F and Sunday 12-5 and that you will give notice.
Of course the market could go the other way and you could be worse off...but noody really knows that for sure.

Hi Roromarks,

Your question has many variable, but ultimately it has to do with how much equity you have, how much your monthly output is and how much you'd rent for vs sell for - tough questions to answer in any market and perhaps tougher now.
