unfortunatly there is no record in the Multiple Listing Service of the Sale Price or this home, there is a listing of 2 transfers allthough that information is from 2002 and 2006, neither records a clear sale price which can simply indicate a refinance of an exsisting mortgage or else just poorly recorded information.

the Real issue is what do you need this information for? If it is to determine value today, a previous sale price often is not indicitive of todays market, if it is for other reasons estate, tax reporting exc.... there may be other ways to help you then previous sale value, feel free to contact me and I would be happy to try and help you further offline.
