Ruth what a great question. There are a lot of variables to answering your question. For example, location in Shelley area, do you have City sewer and water, or will it be private well and septic? Will District Seven issue private well and septic permits or will you need to put in community water and sewer? Ruth, where are the utilities in relationship to the property? Is the property bare ground or has there been some infrastructure completed?
