Interview at least 3 agents (this will take 1-1/2 to 2 hours each) and get it in writing EXACTLY what they will do, where your home will be advertised (especially the Internet sites) and HOW MUCH they will be spending to advertise your home. Make them include it in the contract as an addendum and stipulate that you can UNCONDITIONALLY withdraw your home if this is not done.
Choose the person with the best marketing plan not the best price for your home.
