I need more information in order to help you determine the value of a 2 bedroom home on 5 acres in Sagle. For example, more details on the home including:

- Is it a manufactured home?
- If so, is it on a permanent cement foundation?
- What year was the home built?
- What condition is it in?
- Does it have an attached garage?
- Are there other buildings on the property?
- Is the property located along a paved public maintained road?
- If not, what are the conditions of the road? Is it accessible year round?
- Do you know the zoning on the 5 acres (eg, is it timber exempt?)
- Is the acreage treed, steep, sloping, open, etc.
