The top Realtors from last year may not be the top Realtors for this year. Also...when you say top Realtos....does this include bank owned and distressed homes? The top REO seller may not be the best for non distressed p[roperty.

Plus....the top Realtor for a small brokerage may be far below the production level of the top 20 Realtors in a large office.

The lack of response could be due to the thought that you are trying to recruit top agents. This site is to help buyers and sellers in the general public. If you are looking for a top agent to assist you in the buying or selling process, it would be my suggestion to call each firm in your area and speak with the broker. They will be able to send their top agent to you for a listing presentation, or a buyer's interview, whichever your need. Among all of us agents, we know who the top producers are but we all are continually looking for business. It would be unlike any of us to direct your inquiry to our competition.

Fishing? Not sure what you mean. Really, just trying to get a list of top realtors in the area (my criteria for top realtor = realtor who sold the most homes in their office.) This has got to be common knowledge within each office. Surprised at the lack of response on this one.
