Debby - I'm not sure Trulia will let you post directly BUT you can do it by using a different free service. Go tohttp:// www.vFlyer.com orhttp:// www.postlets.com. Each site will let you create a free account where you can then design a beautiful web flyer for your home using their templates. They will submit your site to many different web sites that feature homes for sale. Trulia is one of them. You can also use the flyer with Craig's List. Although I am a Realtor I certainly understand the desire to sell your home yourself. It's worth a try. I had clients In Wilsonville, close to Xerox that I helped purchase a home before they sold the Wilsonville home. The market was very active in their neighborhood at the time and their plan was to try selling themselves for a week before I put it on the market. It sold within a few days. I will be happy to email you some recent comps - "active", "pending" and "sold" - which should help you in pricing. Use good photos, be descriptive and good luck.

Dirk is correct, most seller's end up using a Realtor...especially in this market. Why Is that? There are multiple reasons, but here is one many seller's don't think about.

Most home buyers prey upon For Sale By Owners for one reason -- to save the commission! The buyer knows that you are not paying a sales commission. Therefore, the buyer expects to buy your home for a lower price.

Now, why did you decide to sell as a For Sale By Owner? The answer is probably the same -- to save the commission! The problem is, there's only one commission. You both can't save it!

What are you really trying to accomplish? Saving a commission, or putting the most amount of money as possible in your pocket at closing?

Give us a call today. Let us show you how we can sell your house for the highest price and in the least amount of time. Our team offers a no pressure approach for you and the unique track record of 100% sales success.

As far as I know debbie the answre to that is no.

There are thousands of FSBO sites. They could allow it but frankly 95% of all homes are sold through a Broker. Trulia has to decide if they are Broker friendly or not.

In this Market selling FSBO can be brutal. We are spending more money than ever to keep our clients listings out there on the web and in the papers etc...

I would tell you to look at a fee for service broker that can not only get you on the mls but alos on thousands of Broker sites.

If you want to know how I work give me a call. I bet I can out by Award Winning Team to work for you for much less than you think
Let me know if there is anything i can help with.

Regards and Happy Selling;
