To all sellers or potential sellers...what do you think is the most important factor (or most important 2 or 3 factors) in getting your house sold?

The home must be priced correctly according to fair market value. If the house is not priced correctly and is placed on the MLS you will still have difficulty selling it.

Hello Donna,
I will say pricing is the most important and it has to be done according location and current condition of the home compared to the other ones around it. Sellers have to do their homework with the help of a Realtor who will provide them all the information they need to make a good decision.

First would have to be having your home listed on the local MLS.
