This site is confusing how come there are a few that sold in my tract THIS YEAR for 560 and up and I can not

get this thing sold at 375 now down to 329. Also your ad keeps clicking over foreclosures in the 400-500 range if Fontana. I am very confused

In Mira Loma that seems pretty high.
for $329k buyers are more likely to purchase in North Fontana.

What does your real estate agent think?

The real estate market can be confusing without a pro helping you. If your home is listed, did you ask your agent to explain it to you? He/She should be able to provide that explanation, including comparisons and why others were higher and now are so much lower. The market has dropped since January, especially in the Inland Empire -- but it is certainly worth asking. In addition, has he/she given you any feedback either from themselves or other agents who have shown your property as to any small things you can do to make it more appealing? More desireable? I'm at a top agent retreat for C21 this weekend in Florida and found a program that lists your property and gives the buyer the option of digitally changing the color of walls, flooring, cabinets, etc. -- I'm going to look into it when I get back in town Tuesday.
