Thank you for your reply , Listed with this Realitor 01/2007, my husband had died and I could not maintain ppproperty. a small community, but we have beautiful Lakes, Log Home Lake front property is popular here. I knew Auction could go either way & was talking a chance. People come from everwhere for foothills. Sat. morning 10am, no ones up there. Realitor said buyer pd. fee, if it did not sale I would owe 1200.00. Did not sale. He did no advertising, not since he has had it listed. I have done as much as I could. For Auction, I did 600 flyers, I had kept updated flyers at the docks ,mailed out hundreds all yr.I gave him part of the Auction flyers. I adv. cable channel, every web that was reasonable, Local paper, 25 cities, paper, He says has lot of time and money invested, Auctioneer his partner. 4 people at Auction. I wasn't here. 5Am that morn. fell off my 3 story roof. Im broke, I want listing back.Told him would pay Auction fee when sale.Am I unfair, I sure feel he has been
