No offense, but are you kidding?
To be able to answer that question there are three things that the Realtor needs to know:
1. Your market
2. Your property
3. Your situation
IMHO anyone that gives you a price range without meeting those criteria is not helping you. I strongly encourage you to talk with a Realtor. Now if you are thinking of selling on your own to save the commission, that's a whole other topic which I will not get into. Talk with a Realtor, have them provide you with an Estimate of Seller's Net Proceeds, then you make the call.
