The price on this home has been lowered, why doesn't the price change show up on here like it used to?

That could depend on a couple of different reasons. Perhaps that listing agent has not made the adjustment on her own personal site that Trulia feeds off of. KW has a internal listing service that Trulia picks up on and that's how KW get's their listings on there. If that agent has not made the change on that KWLS, then that could be your answer. It does show a price of $197,500. on the MLS.
