What do you think is the reason your home has not sold? Quality homes on the South side of Oklahoma City are not taking a long time to sell. In fact, I've got several buyers that I can not find homes for in the $125,000 to $150,000 price that are in good condition, updated, priced right and move in ready. If your home needs a lot of work it is almost impossible to get a loan these days on homes that are being marketed "AS-IS."

The average days on the market for the OKC metro is 91 days. Without knowing your specific area I can not tell you the average for it. You must listen to the feedback you are getting carefully. Try taking a look at your homes competition see how you measure up using the eyes of a buyer. If your home is being marketed everywhere it can be, looks as good as it can and is priced well it will sell.

More information is needed. I can't keep my listings long enough, on the south side!
