Ok...I'm still fighting w/ management company. They can not provide a good reason as to why buyer under 55yrs. is unable to purchase from seller who is 34yrs. She had given me three different excuses, sent us documents which do not support her explinations when finally our attorney called the hoa attorney and she refuses to call back. Buyer, attorney and broker have all left messages. What is the next step....this is a short sale, scheduled to close by month end. Nothing is adding up and we're getting the feeling they have better ideas for the property.
Thank you for your input and knowledge.

The SELLER needs to contact their board and/or the boards attorney for answers. Let them know they have a qualified buyer and will sue the board if the property forecloses without a valid reason as to why they are turning you down.
