I assume that they have asked for either an adjustment to PRICE or, that you do some repairs, for the Escrow to continue.
Once they have given you their ADDENDUM, you may certainly COUNTER with what you feel is right and correct.
Understand, that at that point in time, either party may decide to walk away from the deal.
We Realtors want to hold the deal together, at all costs: We have come this far....
We do not want a few dollars to ruin a mega-dollar deal; both parties have to ask themselves, do you really want to lose the deal?
