Since converting to Matrix my listings have all but disappeared from Trulia. Is that the norm until we pay the ransom money?

Asked by Ray Gonzalez, 34113 Mon Sep 2, 2013

I already subscribe to the mobile app and seems like since that has started I have had nothing but inquiries for properties that are either non-existent or were foreclosed years ago. Anybody have any ideas?

Hi Ray,
Glad to see you figured out to how fix your listing problems. Regarding inquiries for non existent properties and foreclosed properties from years past, I have not had that problem recently and would not be surprised if they are bots and/or scripts from other websites.

Sincerely,
Ryan Schwartz

Thanks everyone, I have to reenter them by hand, they didnt transfer. As for the second part of my question, anyone have any thoughts with these leads? I have even started offering 10 dollar gift cards if they respond back to reassure me they're not a bot.

Ray, you need to re-enter your listings on Trulia, Zillow, etc.....Matrix didn't transfer anything.

Hi Debra...

I just ran into this very problem? Shows to be available on Trulia, but not on Matrix? Called the listing agent that showed on Trulia, but she said not her listing?

Have you tried calling the Matrix help line to see if they can answer your question?
