There are too many things left out of your post to make this anything more than a very, very general quesion which will only draw very general answers.
That depends on how knowledgeable you are about the home buying process. My understanding is that this is a discount brokerage which may not provide all the services of a full service brokerage. If you are willing and able to fill in the gaps, then go for it. Just be sure you know what you don't know and are willing to deal with the consequences.
