Should I sell or rent my house?

I own a house (4 bed 3 bath) in the Southridge area of Fontana (on Avenue del Sol). At this time, do you think I should sell it or rent it until the market gets better? If you think I should rent it, what is an appropriate rental amount I should ask? (2, 075 sq ft, 6,000 sq ft lot, 3 car garage, built 1999)?

Hi there Shawn. This is a very common question that a lot of people are asking. There are several factors to consider here. I can help you with the local rental rates and what homes are selling for today to help give you some ideas

Please call or drop me an e-mail

Hi Shawn,

I sell many homes over in the Southridge area. I just sold one last week in fact. Can you send me your email? Email it to me at calljoan4homes@aol.com and then I can send you a market analysis to show you exactly what homes are selling for in that area. It would be my pleasure to help you. Of course, I would like to see it to give you the best price! What upgrades have you done?
Let me know and I would be happy to do a market analysis. Just email me!

Thanks,
