I'm thinking about selling my property in Moncks Corner, SC. 22 acres..on Black Tom Rd. Is now a good time or should I sit on it for awhile?
Based on current property for sale and depending on your personal needs the answer may well be try to sell it now. If you want the specific reasons why I am saying this you can reach me bt email at thardesty@prucar.com.

Hello Deborah. I am familiar with Black Tom Rd. I have marshfront acreage for sale on Johns Island. Wanna trade? Check out the link. ... Lee
A CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) would have to be done. Based on this report you should compare what you paid for it and what the market is willing to buy at and see if it's beneficial for you. I would be glad to recommend an expert Realtor in this area.
Deborah,
Lisa's question regarding vacant land is appropriate as are zoning, access, utility availability and other items. As a managing partner of Sandlapper Real Estate Group, I also head up our Development and projects division and am currently involved with substantial projects in Berkeley County.
The variables listed above as well as your personal goals would all play into your decision of waiting, listing, joint venturing, etc.
Give me a call at your convenience and I would be happy to help.
