One owner, built 1991, 2/3 acre lot, 3/2. Extra clean, nice neighborhood and schools. Paid $106,000, owe $16,000.

Depends on your short/long term goals, there could be many contractors or home builders love to work with you could be discounted rates have income. If your current home does not sale consider leasing property.
