Selling for cash

What is the average cash price paid by an investor for a 3 bedroom home in Kensington, 19134? My home is nice, but needs some work, also no yard.

Average prices don't mean much in local Real Estate.
Real Estate is valued by Location, Size, and Condition.
An average price won't help you evaluate the potential sale of your property.

The financial company will not allow the seller to deeply discount on this property.

I hope you aren't really hung-up on CASH;
few home buyers have cash.
Mostly its the Investors, and they will want a deep discount.

Cash makes for a stronger offer, and it can make a shorter Escrow, but when you think about it; every transaction is cash, because, when the Escrow closes, everyone has their money.

If you advertise that you want CASH! you may lose some good prospects.

It is near impossible to give a value without seeing a home, you should contact some local agents who specialize in listing homes, and have them complete a boker price opinion for you. It will goveyou a better and more realistic idea.
