Selling a home in Cal City, 3 bed 2 bath w/ detached garage. Whats the average price I can expect if I sold?
With so much inventory in Calumet City, I suspect that the house will remain on the market maybe for at least 3 to 4 months? what's the average length of homes staying on the market in Calumet City? Or do you think its worth to keep and rent out until the market picks up? Thanks
