If there is any way you can add at least one parking space to this property, it will help tremendously. If it's just not possible, then try to scout a few places where they can park nearby reasonably.
There is little inventory right now, so it could be an opportunity for you to sell now. It is hard to give you an exact opinion without seeing the property. I recommend making up for no parking by pricing and staging the bungalow to be very desirable!

You say "The price is right." If it really is, you will have no problem selling it in this market. There are tons of buyers for any property listed at the right price. You should know that every buyer sacrifices something. In this case, it's parking. No big deal.
