Looking to sell home in Tunkhannock, Pa 18657 and buy a home in Ocala, FL. 34470 areas only. My questions are do I need to have two realtors, one for buying one for selling? Any realtors here do both? I need to sell before I buy.

You can't use one REALTOR for both transactions, unless the agent happens to be licensed in both states.

One reason to have a REALTOR represent you when your buying a home out of state is that the agent should be able to give you all the information you need pertaining to the area. At the very least, they should be able to point you in the right direction. They should also, with your guidance, be able to get you alot more photos for the homes you may be interested in than what is available on-line. They could also give you their opinion on the property's location and how much work, if any, would be required before moving in.

I hope that this helps. Good luck.

Yes!
In order to best represent you with the sale of your home in Tunkhannock, you need to use an experianced LOCAL Real Estate agent who knows your local market. The same goes for purchasing a home in Ocala. Your listing agent should be able to refer you to an agent in Ocala who is an expert on the market there.
