Rent or sell??
I am moving out of state next month. Need to Rent or sell my 3 bedroom yr.2001 house on 249/tomball area. What is the market like in this part of town? Should I sell or rent ?

Its in the 140s. How do I go about renting it? Can a realtor manage the property in my absence? What type of commission/fees should I expect to pay ?

FIRST ANSWER
Depends on what price range the home is in, and where it will be listed market wise. It is really a renters market though, and having a rental is a great investment.
