Get on the Road Home Website, and register as a professional with them.

Also get signed on with 1st American...their website is below:

1st American was the main contractor who did the BPO's for the Road Home program.

I would search Google, Yahoo, or any major search engines to help. Keywords would be BPO, or Broker Price Opinion. I just searched "Broker Price Opinion" under Google, and here's the results:
Results 1 - 10 of about 1,370,000 for Broker Price Opinion
