Hi Cath,

You mention your broker, is this a real estate broker/Realtor that you're listed with? If so, doesn't your broker belong to your local MLS? Are you in an area that has an MLS?

Lacking that connection you might try Zillow, your local publications, Craig's list & Backpage. There are probably more 'non-realtor' sites that are available. Perhaps some other respondants have some ideas?
