Also make sure that your agent has access to a 3rd party that will "blast" out your listing to all the home search websites. An examplewould be http://www.listingsmagic.com. If you leave it up to your agent to get the listing on all the sites, it will never get done, there are too many sites!

on this site only Realtors can list properties, therefore if you like your home to be listed on this site, contact an experienced local Realtor and he or she will be able to list your home here. You cannot do it as the owner if
your home is for sale by owner.

Take care and good luck...

I have the Internet Marketing Specialist Designation. Your realtor must post your home to Trulia. Feel free to call a courtesy market analysis and to see the maketing plan we use at Colorado Home Group. 719-685-8300

As the others said, your real estate agent will need to post it on Trulia. If you are trying to do for sale by owner you will not be able to post it on this site.

Ask your agent the question, he/she can post it for you...

Mary,

If your agent does not understand internet syndication of listings, you may have picked the wrong agent.

Best of luck!

If your house is listed with an agent, your agent can enter your home on Trulia. If you are selling the house yourself, you may enter the listing. You would need to set up an account and enter the listing and add photos and description. Some real estate websites feed to Trulia as well. Visual Tour is one of them.
