Our agent has submitted an important update on our listing, but it never shows up on your site. Remedy?
This is a two-family, owner occupied and we would like to post the current income on the rental, but this info never appears. Also went on the market on March 17, 2009 but Trulia says it's been on almost a year. Our agent says he has sent updates, but your site never reflects the changes.

FIRST ANSWER
Joan, Don't blame your agent. It out of his control. These sites merely update their information from MLS or realtor.com and we have no control over them. I've had several instances where this occurs and the homeowners always blame the agent. Good luck with your sale.
