Old abandoned looking property on Remuda Dr. What should it sell for?

Property overgrown, old mobile home condition (subjective, on a scale of 0-10), 6 (recoverable), old stick built lean to in back, condition 4 (recoverable). 1.67 acres, about 5 miles up Rt. 214.

I live just down street . Usually acre lots in LH run around 30K. Your lot is in a flood plain so if I were to list it it would be prob 5-10K less than average. You can shoot me an email if you want to discuss this further or have any other questions. Thanks!

Cheap; and be careful it's not in the flood plain. The Gabriel comes whooping through that area when it's flooding....

You would need to look at the public record and figure out how much land it is on, and what the land is worth. That would pretty much give you your market price.
