I've done some research and it appears that this issue has been corrected. When I search for the listing in question, I'm directed to the following page which makes no mention of 'Notice of Default' and shows your contact information.

Also, when I performed a search on Google for "auction fox run bartlett nh", the only results I found for Trulia brought me to this question.
I hope everything was squared away long ago, however if there are any issues that haven't been addressed, please let us know.
