I've done some research and it appears that this issue has been corrected. When I search for the listing in question, I'm directed to the following page which makes no mention of 'Notice of Default' and shows your contact information.

Also, when I performed a search on Google for "auction fox run bartlett nh", the only results I found for Trulia brought me to this question.

I hope everything was squared away long ago, however if there are any issues that haven't been addressed, please let us know.

That's weird since supposedly trulia's listing are put in by agents. I've seen many times sites like foreclosure.com have homes on there that have already been closed on, inaccurate prices and even homes that the owners have never even missed a payment!
