Need to find a buyer for 100 investment properties

Asked by rrobi3, Saint Louis, MO Wed Dec 25, 2013

I was given a portfolio of 100 properties east of you guys in San Francisco (St. Louis area). Most are occupied and/or turn key. Average return yields between 15-25% CAP. I was hoping I could get some advice from you pro's out west as to how I can help this seller get them sold. Thanks in advance.

rrobi3,

We live and invest locally here in St. Louis.
Our ideal properties are Buy and Hold, which sound like your portfolio is made up of.
We have built the right teams and the right connections here, so I assume we can help regardless.

Lets sit down and figure out what you're offering. Thanks John

These things have been floating around for years, I have yet to see proof on one actually closing.

Are you in St. Louis? With a 15-25% CAP, investors should be lining up to see these properties.

Theoretically, they should be. But these homes are not listed on the MLS. I am not an Agent. Just a property investor.
