You will have the Realtor commission that you have negotiated. The attorney fees vary, but is typically no more than $125 for deed prep and $25-35 for loan payoff wire. You will also incure NC revenue stamps in the amount of $2 per thousand of sales price. Some closing costs can also be negotiated by the buyer for the seller to pay.
