Verna,

You will have the Realtor commission that you have negotiated. The attorney fees vary, but is typically no more than $125 for deed prep and $25-35 for loan payoff wire. You will also incure NC revenue stamps in the amount of $2 per thousand of sales price. Some closing costs can also be negotiated by the buyer for the seller to pay. FIRST ANSWER

Depending on your area on the sellers side you have transfer tax, then taxes are generally back to the seller since they have been paid for the year. Here in philadelphia transfer tax is 2% for the seller and 2 for the buyer.
