at a loss. We are living in PA and can't afford a place up here because we are still paying the mortgage. We tried renting it out but the renters trashed it. We listed with a realtor but he is not doing anything. THe only communication is when I contact him. What are our options that will least affect our credit?
Dear Jen,
Deltona was hit hard with short sales and foreclosures since I work that area. DeBary is doing a litle better with sales. If you give me the address, I'll look it up and see may the problem on why it is not selling. I have lisitngs out that way but do get calls on them. Calls and qualifying for the home are two different things.
You may e-mail me your home locale so I can see what is transpiring, I might have driven by it numerous times and can update you on it as well.

It looks like your best option is a Short Sale. Take a look at http://www.flrps.net for a few info or you can give me a call and I can help you in the right direction. http://www.kierhomes.com
Dear Jen,
Sorry about your situation. Honestly it looks as if you need to short sell the property. Here is my advice, call a title company in the area of the house that you want to sell and ask the escrow officer for you "Best Short Sale Realtor" The one that closes escrow everytime and the other realtors talk about! Then call that Realtor and ask for help with the property that is not selling. Clearly you have a hardship and that Rock Star Realtor will move that property for you. There are short sale rock star realtors in every town in every city in every state. A professional will get this property moved for you. A Short Sale will show on your credit report "this consumer responsibiliy got out of a debt." Or you can hire me and I will work to remove the short sale off your credit report. Best of luck to you!
