My husband and I are feeling victimized by our relocation Co. We have been in the fall back offer process

since Oct. of 2008.
We have followed up on repairs, but are now in complete dissagreement on the last two.
We feel the relo co. is completely un reasonable and not at all realistic.
We want to seek legal representation how do we choose an aggressive real estate
attorney? Would this even be an avenue to visit?
We have already tried HR representation through the Co. now what?

What is the question? Whom do you have issues with?

Amanda,

Why don't you tell the agents what those last two are, and have some input from them as though you were in arbitration? They may have some good compromise suggestions. Otherwise they probably are just going to recommend you go to an attorney that possibly someone in your area could refer you to.
