There are a number of variables that go into pricing a home. It seems to me as though you are wanting to get an idea of what listing price is a good start for your home. Are you wanting this information to try and sell FSBO? If so, a Realtor's Listing Price is COMPLETLY different from what I woudl suggest you list your home for. The difference is that a Realtor will use a number of different variables (marketing budgets, seller's loan payoff, commission, comps, appraised values, etc). A FSBO would not require to take into account some of these variables.

Hi Richard, this is a good and necessary question before putting your property on the market. I can help you with giving you some information about similar homes currently on the market in your town, but your very best
solution would be to connect with an experienced area Realtor, to see your home, compare its upgrades and size and lot size to other similar homes that have recently sold, and those currently on the market (your competition) and then also be able to let you know the current inventory on the market, which then the Realtor will be able to let you know how long your property may be on the market before it may sell in today's economy and the Lincoln NE market.....
