Hi:
The best person to handle Mobile homes in Vero Beach is Brenda Tucker. She is a REALTOR, and has a license to sell mobile homes on mobile home parks (where you do not own the land) her number is 772-559-4310. Please mention my name when you call her.
Thanks!!! and good luck!

Jems, The blog I referenced did suggest that using an agent was a good idea. But it also told the major things that needed to be done. I thought if you looked at the what, and ignored the b.s. it would have some decent info.

I do not have enough knowledge or history to say anything about how to sell myself. When I saw the blog it seemed to cover the basics a seller needs to know. If I was wrong and missed something (which is always a possibility) I am sorry.

I learned long ago that there is always good and bad when people give info. I try to see the good parts and ignore the rest.

Jemsangel63,

You might find some information in the blog attached to the link below to be of some interest to you. It's not as colorful or witty as the one Dan referenced, but it still might have something in it that you could use. Good luck.

Hey Dan,

I just read some of your posts. Good stuff. However, IMHO the blog your post referenced on this thread is nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt to discourage FSBOs. To me, the seemingly dishonest manner in which it's done is disgusting. I would have added this comment to the blog, but to reply you had to provide more info than I'm willing to give to someone of that nature.

This site seems to answer it fairly well. As it says, forsalebyowner.com has 95% of the net hits so use it. Basically, once you know what you have to get for it you do the rest and wait and wait and wait... just like when you list with a realtor.

I recommend that you talk with a Realtor, have them analyze your situation, and then decide if selling by yourself is really a good idea. You can always try it, then hire the Realtor if you need to sell. You should know that over 80% of sellers that start selling on their own eventually hire a Realtor.
