While I don't know that area, there are a few tips to keep in mind when you're looking for a cleaning service. Ask them if they have references and have done background checks on the maids that will be cleaning your place. It might not matter as much if they are cleaning an empty place, but I still like checking that kind of thing. It never hurts to be careful. http://www.sparklecleanonline.com/services.html

It's a good thing that you're looking for professionals to help you with this. I know a lot of people who think that they can handle the cleaning on their own. This normally results in things not being done properly. After that they lose deposits or have to pay after the fact to have things cleaned. It makes more sense to find a company you like, and pay them to get it done before any trouble comes up.

No matter what you refer to your sellers / buyers, give them 3 to 5 choices whether it is for cleaning, painting, home inspections, termite co. Ect. remember we are not controllers, we assist our clients, they have to make the decision on their own. Keep it simple reduce your liability.

Either ask for referrals from your friends or look up reviews online. When it comes to services like that, it's a good idea to do your research. When I was a kid we just cleaned the whole place ourselves when we moved. On the other hand, moving is so stressful that being able to deligate tasks is really nice. http://www.jaegaraustralia.com.au/product_data/laundry_deter…

I agree, you should definitely ask for referrals. If none of your friends have any references, I would search online. Most of the time you can find a lot of reviews for different companies. Always make sure that you do your research well in advance before hiring anyone. http://www.empiresaide.com/residential_cleaning.html

I remember when I was out on my own for the first time, and I had no idea that this was expected. My mom had always made us clean whenever we moved out of a house before, but I thought it was just something she liked to do. It really sucked to not get my deposit back for that apartment. It's good that you're making sure you get everything cleaned. Beyond helping yourself, it's just the most polite thing to do.

I would look up some services online. This way you will be able to compare prices and reviews simultaneously and can save a lot of time! After that I would go and check out the ones that look best and pick the one you feel most comfortable with. Move out cleaning is really important so make sure you hire a good company! http://kathysqualitycleaning.com/Services.html

I would call around to family and friends around your area. They should know of plenty of cleaning services to help you before you move out. They can also help answer any questions that you may have. Good luck and I hope you're able to find what you need. http://www.housecleaningspokane.com/

Talk to your friends/neighbors or check out the company on line and ask for references.

I would look someone up online. Going with a reputable company is the way to go. I wouldn't trust just anyone to get my house ready to sell. Find someone with good reviews! http://kathysqualitycleaning.com/Services.html

My wife and I have been in the process of moving into our new house for about a month now. I has been a long process and we really want to be done soon. The only problem is that we both work 40 hours a week and raise two kids. It can get a little hectic but it will all be worth it when we get into our new home. We decided that we are going to hire someone to come to our house and do the cleaning once we get all of the stuff out because we just don't have the time.
