NAME HE WAS NEVER MARRIED TO MY MOM SHE GOT A REFIANCE LOAN ON THE HOUSE AFTER THE LENDER TOLD HER TO CHANGE THE NAME ON THE TITLE MY MOM AND MY DAUGHTER HAVE THE SAME FIRST NAME THE LENDER TOLD MY MOM TO CHANGE THE NAME ON THE TITLE TO HER NAME MY DAUGHTER IS ONLY 7 HE SAID MY DAUGHTER WOULD BE IN ALOT OF TROUBLE

You are correct in questioning this but as others have said, this needs to be referred to an attorney for their review.

I'd suggest calling Scott mills of Wilson & Mills - he's my attorney of choice and will be happy to provided a proper course of action. The lender is concerned about making a loan, not skilled in the legal side of this.

Any idea how title was held? Joint Tenancy? Your best bet is to speak with a real estate attorney Asap.
