Looking for someone to rent 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome in Eastpoint beginning in August 2008 for $1100.
I have a Townhome I Eastpoint, GA that I want to begin renting in August 2008. This townhome was purchased in Jan 2007 and has only been occupied but one tenant. This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome is located in a newly formed community.

Hello! First things first. I don't think you would get 1100.00 for your townhome. Second if you want assured money than put it on section 8. You must make sure to find a good and mannerable tenant. This way, you are so promised your money on time every single month and the tenant will have to maintain good housekeeping because they inspect. Hope that this was helpful.
