Highland Beach is a bit north of Boca but certainly waterfront opportunities in both locations. However if you are looking for direct oceanfront, or even direct intracoastal in a building with a high level of service and amenities you will not find a 2/2 under $275,000. Throwing in the ability to have a pet compounds the situation even more. So the quick answer to your question is no. If you are looking for a building directly on the sand you might also consider Singer Island or Juno Beach which is a hidden treasure.

For a 2/2 condo on the water, pet friendly & with full amenities you should be prepared to pay at least $500K. Properties on the water are very expensive and if you are looking for amenities the price keeps going up.
