Looking for excellent realtor as seller's agent to offload 7 Charlotte condos

I am an out of state investor looking to offload 7 Charlotte condos, all are rented, cashing flowing and professionally managed. 2-3 bedroom condos located within 10 miles of downtown Charlotte. I am looking for an excellent realtor familar with investor buyers/sellers to represent me as a seller's agent.

Jane,

Tell me where your condos are located exactly. Are any of your tenants able to purchase the condo that is rented to them? Usually when condos are sold as a group, the investor buyer is expecting a discount.
You may make more money selling these condos individually since the lending rules have relaxed somewhat. I am assuming that these are residential condos and not commercial condos. Two of my listings are under contract with investors. It appears that investors are back in the market buying away.
