I'm looking for Recommendations for an agent to sell my Manufactured home. Its in a mobile home park with fairly high rents. So I need someone who is a real go getter. Also someone with experience selling mobile/manufactured homes. I'm looking to price below what the average price is in this park (based on whats on the market). Look in your mobile home park to see which home are moving fast. talk to the buyer's that moved in and get their feed back.
