Looking for Paperwork only Agent...Any professional, reliable paperwork only agents in area of North San?

Diego who are willing to do paperwork, assist in escrow process, serve as council through successful close of escrow? We seek a reasonable, avaiable flat fee agent who looks out for sellers interests?

I do this all the time typically for higher end clients who want privacy and have secured their own buyer. I always charge the same: 1% of the sales price. I work the whole county and the last transaction I did like this was in North County for over $1 million. But because I didn't negotiate the transaction for you, I request a release of liability from buyer and seller to proceed as you have described.

Hi Linda,

The most important thing is you get what you need, not just what you pay for. In other words, most agents we have run across that discount their compensation discount the service you receive as well. In any market, you deserve great representation.
