I am looking for a home to rent with option to buy in St. Johns. I would have to rent for 2 years before i could buy...bad divorce caused foreclosure of my 12 year old home in St. Johns...i would be grateful for a chance to continue living in St. Johns where my children are still in school. One other possibility is a lease-option. I don't know specifically about St. Johns, but a few weeks ago I received a call from someone fairly close to you who also wanted to fill a property quickly. I did some small-scale test-marketing and found a huge amount of interest (half dozen solid inquiries from one small ad) from people wanting to lease-option the property.
