Is there a way in Trulia to determine what agent sold a particular listing?

I was thinking that might be a good way to find an agent to sell my property...locate a SOLD propetty that is similar to mine then find out who sold it.

That's a decent idea only if you own a specialty property, ie. waterfront, acreage, or massive view. Certain agents will often try to corner these markets in a particular area. It that doesn't fit then locate an agent who does a good job in general marketing. To get names ask friends, google real estate in your town, look in real estate magazines and count signs.

That would appear to be a plan, however that doesn't mean the agent has other people lined up who want to buy a similar property.
