There is always a market for a 2 bedroom home. It is a great opportunity for people to downsize and or help those looking for a starter home. Pricing it right would be the key to a quick and smooth sale.

Hi, I was curious with your question so I just went into the mls and checked. I searched and found there were 4 closed 2 bedroom homes in Stony Brook since Jan.1st - today. The four houses were north of N. Country Rd. and the sold prices had a wide range due to neighborhood location, aesthetic appeal and seller motivation.

Hi Joe,
The University and technology centers located in and around Stony Brook will assure you a buyer, no questions. Pricing today is a key issue, and with that an agent that is familiar with the area. I am a graduate of SUNY @ Stony Brook and did my student teaching in the Three Village School System.
I have 23 years experience and you may want to look at my profile.
My cell is 631-793-1076.

You should have no problem marketing your home. Speak with a local broker/ manager and get directed to a salesperson with a ton of smarts and experience. The university setting and the normal activity this time of year should provide plenty of potential purchasers for you.

Yes, there is a great market for two bedroom homes especially in Stony Brook. The university has college professionals looking for housing and many retirees looking for two bedroom housing. I cover the Three Village market, email me at catherine.quinlan@cbmoves.com or call me at 631 428 6467 and I will tell you what your house is worth.
