I'm certain that people put their home on the market FSBO everywhere. If you intend to sell FSBO, the best advice anyone can give you is to consult with a REALTOR about pricing and what you will need to do to sell. Just be candid with the agent about your intent, and make a commitment to yourself and the agent to use the agent's services if you are not successful.
