Is the winter a good time to sell a ski condo in the Jackson NH and North Conway area? Or should you wait until spring?

Great points Bill, That is what i practice and state as well. Homes priced at or just below market value are selling as fast as I can list them, those that are over priced or in need of a lot of work seem to be the only ones staying around the market longer.

Bill when it would be use dmost is the best time to sell it, that would be now while skiers are in the area. While they are here it is the best time to get them to buy.

I agree. With the incoming bank owned listings and the traditional influx of sellers that "wait until spring" I see an increase in inventory this spring further tilting the supply and demand equation against the seller.

Unfortunately I am hearing some sellers argue that because sales volume has increased they should either stay at their inflated prices or even increase price! What I try to point out again and again, is that great deals are selling and good deals are sitting.

Thanks for your feedback.
