Is it possible to sell a home in Baltimore city with a city tax lien on the property?

Yes, you can sell a home in Baltimore City or in any city/county that has a tax lien, or lien of any sort. However, the lien WILL be paid off at the settlement table. The title company would be handling this matter. When the title company runs the title search any liens associated with the property will be discovered.
